Der offene Immobilienfonds UniImmo: Wohnen ZBI übernimmt das erste Neubauprojekt in den Niederlanden mit Fertigstellung ins Portfolio. „Green Harbour“ ist ein nachhaltiges und zukunftsorientiertes Wohnbauprojekt in bester Lage in Den Haag, dem Parlaments- und Regierungssitz der Niederlande.
Das sechsgeschossige Gebäude umfasst 62 Zwei- bis Vier-Zimmer-Mietwohnungen sowie sechs Penthouses mit hochwertigen modernen Innenausstattungen und teilweise Meerblick. Zusätzlich stehen 63 Tiefgaragenstellplätze zur Verfügung.
Photovoltaik auf den Dachflächen und Wärmepumpen mit insgesamt 28 geothermischen Tiefbrunnen sorgen für eine nahezu autarke Heiz- und Kühlversorgung. Damit erfüllt „Green Harbour“ die Anforderungen des niederländischen Energieeffizienz-Standards A++.
„Green Harbour“ erweitert den offenen Immobilienfonds um ein attraktives Mietangebot in einem stark nachgefragten Markt. Die Übernahme stärkt die positive Mietentwicklung und ist damit ein wichtiger Baustein in der strategischen Weiterentwicklung des UniImmo: Wohnen ZBI.

02/2025 Attractive rental development in The Hague enhances portfolio of residential fund UniImmo: Wohnen ZBI
Open-ended residential real estate fund UniImmo: Wohnen ZBI estate has added its first development in the Netherlands to its portfolio upon completion. ‚Green Harbour‘ is a sustainable residential rental development in a prime location of The Hague, seat of both Parliament and Government of the Netherlands, and home to the International Court of Justice.
The building features 62 flats with two, three, and four rooms respectively, as well as six penthouses. All flats come with modern upscale fixtures and finishings, with some overlooking the sea. The underground garage has 63 parking spaces.
Photovoltaic installations and heat pumps with a total of 28 geothermal wells result in a well near self-sufficient building, rated A++ according to Dutch energy efficiency regulation.
With ‘Green Harbour’, an attractive rental proposition in a highly sought-after market enters the fund’s portfolio. This is in line with the strategy for UniImmo: Wohnen ZBI of improving rental income and focusing on core locations.
