Erlangen, March 3rd, 2025 – ZBI is proud to announce that it has added the ‚Green Harbour‘ residential rental development in The Hague to the portfolio of its open-ended residential real estate fund UniImmo: Wohnen ZBI. The recently completed ‚Green Harbour‘ is a sustainable rental development in a prime location right between the beach and the city centre. Spanning six floors, there are 62 rental flats with two, three, and four rooms respectively, as well as six penthouses. All units come equipped with high-quality, modern interiors. The underground garage has 63 parking spaces.

Desirable Location 

The Hague is the seat of Parliament and Government of the Netherlands, home to the International Court of Justice, and—with over 560,000 inhabitants—the third-largest city in the country. ‚Green Harbour‘ is located in the popular neighbourhood of Duindorp in the Scheveningen district, the country’s largest and best-known seaside resort.

Built for the future

Leveraging modern, decentralised energy supply systems, the development meets the Dutch A++ energy efficiency standard. Photovoltaic installations and heat pumps with a total of 28 geothermal wells result in a well near self-sufficient building when it comes to heating and cooling.

Ridge Group was the general contractor for the project, and they have commissioned renowned Dutch firm De Vries en Verburg for this particular construction.
